here are the facts:

*RT news was created as a propaganda machine from russia to the rest of the world
*Russia is backing all Anti European union parties in Europe, they want to make Europe weaker by diving them back
*The YES California! campaign after Trump Won has Tied with Russia, same for the Texas one when Obama won. Even though they wanted to seceded for referent beliefs, Russia supported both.
*Russia is pushing nationalism and protectionism worldwide, China is transitioning from export-factory based economy to a model increasingly driven by consumption and services due to wages getting higher and factories moving to other countries. in 10 years China would not depend on exports so much. Russia seem to want to prevent this.

In other words some people have a conspiracy theory that Putin is using propaganda to weaken other countries.
