Fun, cathartic button masher on easy. I tried hard mode once in each game and gave up in like 30 seconds.

2 is a vast improvement and a lot of the "humor" in the first one was really try hard. "look how clever we are" , but it did have so really great moments, though overall uneven.

It's a brainless button masher for a reason. I forget if it was Jim Sterling (like this is when he was actually writing good pieces every now and then rather than the cuck fest that he's farting out now) or somebody at Destructoid, but read their analysis of the banality of NMH1 in general. It makes a lot of sense, and Suda51 is wild about the idea of making the gamers question the act of playing a game
