Marbling, aging, type of heat used to cook it, spices, and how long you've cooked it. Depending on the quality of the cut, I'll throw some HP Sauce on top.

The best steak/meal I've ever had in my life was a restaurant that I cannot remember the name of, but it was in garmisch-partenkirchen germany.
