Which is how I can live in a nice big house near the water close to the Suburbs of Grosse Pointe and still find $60k homes. Stay out of high crime areas and Detroit is great to live in, if you're on a budget. And you can go across the boarder to Canada whenever you want. Drive to Chicago. Go to Cedar Pointe. Upstate.
