As one Amazon reviewer said "Her voice is still beautiful as always, but they've mellowed out and the majority of these songs would have sounded better as rock songs akin to their older work."

I'll have to listen to the whole album to see if I like it

pretty much on point

the song "no friend" sounds like it'd be a real neat song, except you can barely hear it, and it's being sung by a dude.

kind of reminds me of a rise against song, tbh

Brand New Eyes wasn't terrible, but it wasn't nearly as good as the stuff before. And after that I never listened to another album from them but I heard a couple songs on the radio that were bubblegum pop. They still shitting out that?

josh and zac called the band a manufactured product of the label, and left after accusing hayley of being manipulated by the label

and were kind of right. hayley was the only person actually signed to the label, the other two dudes were just there.

I'm liking Fake Happy and Grudges so far. Grudges moreso. Give it another listen. Nothing very catchy but I like it.
