Since I started taking 400mg every night before bed, I sleep like a fucking baby and over time it's completely alleviated my anxiety. (if you've had tummy issues with magnesium in the past, try magnesium glycinate it's bae AF)

Also, throw away your melatonin supplements. Melatonin is not just a "natural" supplement it's a NEUROHORMONE and is usually sold in extremely high amounts. 3 MICROgrams is the maximum dosage of melatonin you're supposed to take per night (most supplements are sold at 3 mg+), and is not to be taken on a regular basis.

This doesn't work in the slightest for me. I take Magnesium regularly, at all times of the day, it doesn't effect my sleep patterns at all.
