Id like to get in better shape and maybe even get some muscles :D
Does anyone know of some good beginner workout routines? Or some advice? Do I need to eat certain foods as well? Also your routine sort of depends on what you want to accomplish. Whats your goal? Is it to slim down, do you want to be muscular? Just as a word of advice. Its hard in the beginning but if you stick with it it gets easier and you'll feel better --- The night brims with defiled scum,and is permeated by their rotten stench. Just think. There are plenty of good beginners workout routines on the internet you can find. Bodybuilding.com has a lot of good basic ones that can get you started. Just find one that hits the areas you want to workout and go for it --- Ask me if I would eat da booty. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I don't eat enough protein so when I started lifting I lost weight but I did and have gotten stronger. Muscles slightly more defined.
