Yeah.

Most "use by" and "best by" dates are overly conservative anyway. Trust your senses: does the food look and smell fresh? If so, it's probably safe to eat.

I've done it days after that day. Best by dates are not expiration dates, it's just the most fresh if consumed before or on that day.
