My friend is doing a small film project and we want to make up a bunch of random names to put in the credits. Can we get in trouble for shit like that? Like if we use a name that belongs to someone and they get butt mad?

There can be a ton of people with the same name, so you shouldn't get in trouble, since you can just have them be under an alias.
