I work part time at a clothing store and a customer looked me up on Facebook. Then he asked if I was Canadian because I looked very white (?). Conversation died shortly after I said I wasn't but how it was kinda funny of him to think that since my boyfriend was actually a Canadian :v

Well... I am from Quebec, my first language is French and I have been told in Alberta that I looked like a new Yorker and my accent sounded like that. I was confused as fuck.

I'm more disturbed at the fact that some complete stranger actually looked you up on Facebook. I couldn't tell you how many times it's happened to some of my female co-workers.
