I got fast passes for both times I went on it, waited 5 mins once inside. The longest I waited on any ride line was for Star Tours and Indiana Jones, waited maybe 25 mins. I thought the park was gonna be chaos cause of Easter, but it actually was pretty empty.

Nah I don't. But I'm considering investing in one.

The thing is it seems I'd need to go three times in a year at least to make it worth it. Not that i don't love Disney and would love to go all the time, but I generally haven't made it down there more than twice in a year.

I love brining my own stuff too... it was the food and wine festival though so I slipped on the keeping it cheap front. There was craft brews everywhere! haha

40 bucks.

Had a couple beers, some wine, and needed a bottle of water and a coffee later to refuel.

Those wait times aren't bad at all. You definately went on the right day.

Did you get Dole whip?

I love Dole whip but I wasn't feeling it the other day. Got a mickey ice cream bar though.

Yeah the wait times were amazing. Got to do all the major rides in Magic Kingdom twice (Space Mountain, Splash, Indiana Jones, ST etc), and hit all the other classic rides. Also did Cars, the Screaming Coaster twice and a bunch of stuff in the other park.

Luckily I've never seen anyone get hurt or any fights breakout. Disney is super tight on security, even if you can't see them while walking around.

Also, they've now moved the initial security/metal detectors from the front of the park and instead to the parking structure, which is outside but next to the main park enterance. In other words, you're not even setting foot on park grounds if they think you're gonna be problem.

I did see someone once pass out either from exhaustion or dehydration or whatever. But the person was ok.

How did you find the staff to treat you? Were they friendly and approachable, or cold and distant?

The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable for the most part. No doubt they're trained (forced?) to be that was as "cast members" in order to give you the "Disney magic" experience, but for the most part it felt genuine.

The only thing that was weird was on Splash mountain there was one guy who yelled at some kids. They were singing zipadeedoodah and were singing "what a wonderful day" when one of the workers turned to them and snapped , "it's nighttime!". It was really weird and aggressive and unnecessary.

I totally get how exhausting working in the park is. You're on your feet all day, in the heat, and dealing with pain in the ass people 24/7. But these kids weren't even bothering the guy,. Even if that song drives him crazy at this point it was a weird and worrisome moment.

Nope it was strangely empty. There were people there, but I never waited than 30 minutes to get on any one ride, including Star Tours, Space Mountain and Indiana Jones which can have long long waits.

It was weird too cause I went on Easter, I thought it would be packed but it wasn't.
