Why? There are employees whose job it is to keep the place clean.

Because people like that are the reason I can't take a shit in public and have to hold it until I get home. They don't clean the bathroom after every single person so if it hasn't been cleaned yet I guess I could tell them to get someone to clean it but at that point I'd be better off just going home.
