I think 1999 could've pulled off some hilarious upsets if given the chance.
As for 2015, it's really tough to trust anything after 2008. Witcher 3 does seem like the kind of game that GameFAQs would at least sort of like, unlike say Red Dead Redemption, but I don't know. I think 2005 advancing is the smart pick; it's not a great year but Resident Evil 4 + Shadow of the Colossus + Phoenix Wright is something you can set your watch to at least. And then 2003 vs. 2005 is a total clusterfuck. 2003 has Wind Waker, but the rest of the year might actually be worse than nothing since Final Fantasy X-2 and Pokemon RS might generate a significant amount of anti-votes.
