I just had a lesbian friend that I'd had for 5 years melt down on me and end our friendship now that I finally got a gf. She'd friendzoned me for years and made it long clear that I never had a chance with her because she was 100% into women only, but as soon as I finally got lucky with another woman she changed and got snappy today. Brought up all the reasons I'd make a shit bf to any woman and just kept arguing about how awful I am.

Jealousy. She probably sees you as pathetic and talked you down because she figured she'd be able to get a girl before you would. And your girlfriend is probably "above your league" by her standards. Those together would probably do this.
