Well according to polls conducted here, very very few people actually approve of Trump. I know differentialequation and johnlennon are not serious when they praise Trump.

Polls don't capture a large portion of the board. If they don't have active discussion, they will drop down a few pages and get overlooked. I know that I can't recall seeing any polls for this topic. It is trolling mostly. It was trolls pretending to be ultra-Liberal but then a few real ones started taking it as fact and jumped in, so the trolls switched sides... it's a cycle.
