I believe they're talking about people with bad names lol

There's one stinger where Liz Lemon is judging name choices for daughters, and she says "Christina? ehh I don't know then everyone ends up calling her Tina and every Tina I know is a real judgmental bitch"

30 Rock is one of the greatest comedies of all time. It gets even better the more you follow the TV industry.
