Again, if the cop doesn't follow the law that's on him, I know the law. Every time someone posts a sovereign citizen they invent laws. I never invent any law and everything I cite is current state and/or federal law.

You're missing the point. I'm not talking about your understanding of the law, I'm talking about how fixated you get on shit that doesn't really matter. The cops intentions to you were clear as day, and you should have figured out what he was telling you to do. But you decided to get hung up on a spoken word and battle out for hours and eventually get arrested all because you treated his spoken order with the anal-retentiveness of a lawyer in the deposition of a large scale corporate legal case. You fixated on a non-issue to such a degree that it made your situation incalculably worse.

This is why people associate you with sovereign citizens. Because you are pedantic over things that people do not typically get worried over. That's actually the biggest euphemism ever. You are so pedantic that you are prepared to get arrested because a police officer didn't use the exact terminology even though it was clear as a glass of water what he was telling you to do.

You're just as bad as the "Not me, but my person does" people if you behave like this.

It takes a great deal of pedantry to defend the 1st amendment over something so trivial that you'll gladly walk into a jail cell for it.

Again, another reason why people associate you with sovereign citizens. You seem to see this behaviour as if you're performing the martyrdom of a true patriot fighting corruption, when really a cop said "go"as a kindness and you took issue over it because he didn't use the correct word. It's embarrassing and petty, and literally all your problems with the law come back to this issue alone. You just won't let shit go even when it's the smallest grievance anyone could ever have.

One thing I learned early in my life(thank god) is that the amendments are here to protect us and give us are respected freedom, not for us to abuse. Just a personal virtue of mines and it kept me out of trouble for the most part.

Sovereign Citizens are usually idiots and deserve whatever violence they're on the receiving end of.

This case was no different.

where do these douches even get their ideas from?

It's also funny how they claim the state has no jurisdiction on their "sovereign" selves, but then they start whining about their constitutional protections and stuff such as freedom of movement and freedom of the press.

They cite common law, and court cases that were amended by new laws like over 100 years ago. Knowing why they cite their bullshit is how you know I am not one of them.
