worth every penny. get the one that has the dedicated GPU in it, though. then you can play games.

I'd recommend this Acer laptop which has a 7th gen i7 and a 1050 ti

Or this cheaper Dell which has a 6th gen i7 and a 960m
https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Inspiron-i7559-2512BLK-Generation-GeForce/dp/B015PYZ0J6

Only main difference between the two is obviously price, but the Dell has a lower end GPU and has a 8GB SSD and 1TB HDD. The Acer has a better GPU, but only a 256GB SSD.

Bought my laptop i use for work for like $280. Lenovo.

Does everything I need it to do.

If I ever need to edit video or do anything more involved, ill prob buy a mac

But no use paying for stuff you dont use

Just get a Lenovo thinkpad. It's nothing special but if your not gaming/programming or doing anything intensive there's no point in spending that much on a PC that can do more.

Just get a Lenovo thinkpad. It's nothing special but if your not gaming/programming or doing anything intensive there's no point in spending that much on a PC that can do more.

i used to use a thinkpad at my old job and liked it a lot. the keyboard was fantastic.

want something with a good screen though, my Macbook has a 720p screen and it's a real bummer
