I had a bunch of anxiety disorders and clinical depression (diagnosed).
OCD is or used to be considered an anxiety disorder. I had the highest category (its one step above severe). It was hell. Panic disorder. You are getting multiple panic attacks a day. I actually don't know for sure if I had GAD since I wasn't diagnosed but I had some weird ass feeling most of the time that was uncomfortable. I looked it up and it says you need to have irrational worries about things but I never had any of that.
