Nah. They've been DMCA'd before and even had their channel shut down in the past. They just posted a video explaining it'll be about 10 business days for their forms to process and the videos go back up (as they always do). In the meantime they rehost all the videos on their web site so you can watch them there where Youtube can't get at them.

To play devil's advocate, TFS really pushes the limits of fair use. Some of their episodes don't even qualify as parodies, they're just retelling the same plot with funnier lines.

That said I don't actually think their work causes any damages to Funimation or Toei. It's really just free advertising.

I think it pretty safely passes the 30% test in even the most egregious of instances, so they should be safe. Plus it's not hard to argue parody for what they're doing.

Hell Teamfourstar is actually reason I began watching Dragon ball super(and I switched over to official means of doing so as soon as they were availble) and bought Dragon Balk fusions(with plans to buy xenoverse 2 on Switch)
