How come like nobody wanted Mark Reynolds this offseason? I know he's bound to cool off, but his hot start this year reminds me how odd it was, and he was even coming off a decent season. And I think he was expected to start the year in the minors until Ian Desmond, a guy who has never played first base before, got hurt

Well he kept getting contracts the years before that, so I don't know, yeah he sucks but sometimes teams sign sucky players.
Perhaps what I should be saying is I'm not quite sure why the Rockies waited so long to resign him since they have a pretty weak depth chart at that position, but I don't know much about their farm, maybe there's a hot 1B prospect ... Copied to Clipboard!
