iirc, 1.8 mil is the last gem prize, thus the last milestone that's worth it.

Yeah the cards aren't really anything special, but what else am I gonna use the dice for? And at least there's gems and SR/UR crystals in there.

The Pegasus cards were much better. If only I had started playing a little earlier, I'd have been able to get a second Relinquished ;(

really rare apparently. I got it randomly while leveling up

I hit the level cap with Mai and I'm still using Aroma Strategy because I haven't gotten any useful skills for her

you get that by unlocking him which is easy


anyways what are good, consistent, non-risk high score decks for bakura? I'm using Rex with gravediggers and dust shields and im winning but im only racking up like 2,000 score each time

i haven't even unlocked bakura yet. at like 150k points. been working everyday since the event came out and had no time to play but i have farmed over 700 dice so far. off tonight and tomorrow night so i'm gonna farm a bit in this and play some zelda. i won't get close to getting all the rewards though sadly. would like to get all those SR and UR jewels tho.

I'm loving all the Sr gems. Finally making Thunder dragon progress.

I've been doing pretty well (against level 45 Standard Duelists) with this deck. Considering swapping out Dark Magician for a second Dark Magician Girl, at least until I get the Sage's Stone card from Tea.

i have 17 packs left and then i have to reset for that fucking daedelus. Impossible to get enough gems in that amount of time lol

I was hoping to get either Sonic Bird, Sphere Kuriboh or Fusion gate before the packs disappeared. Guess that's not gonna happen :(

At least I got Hane-Hane and a lot of good SRs.

That blows. I wanted Yomi Ship and Black Dragon Chick but I have so many packs left in the box that I'm not gonna bother. I at least got 1 each of Daedalus and Michizure. Only URs I didn't manage to get from Ultimate Rising were Hane Hane and Axe Raider but I'm not too pressed for either one.

I'm not sure I fully understand when Flip Summon effects can/can't activate. Is it just on a card by card basis?

Seems like there's some that activate if you destroy the set card, some that don't, particularly Sonic Bird/Senju. I just had Sonic Bird flipped face up by a trap card (Shadow of Eyes) and it didn't activate the effect. I know the Fired Up Flips NPC decks definitely had ones that activated if you attacked them while set.

shadow of eyes prevents flip effect activations

and some cant resolve if there are no targets for it like the dark cat with white tail
you need all 3 targets or no effect

But I know if you set Sonic Bird and it gets destroyed by the enemy attack you can't use the effect

There's a difference between being flipped (FLIP: would be on the card) and Flipped Summoned.


When sonic bird gets hit its flipped, not flipped summon.

I think sonic bird states it has to summoned (flip or normal)

Card effects that forcefully flip aren't considered summons.

this is the most hilarious duel i've ever seen

first turn, my turn
I summon Cerberus with enemy controller face down

his turn:
he summons warrior dai grepher (my cerberus is 1600 attack still)
he plays banner of courage, buffs my cerberus 500
then he plays despell to take out my yami, another cerberus buff
then he plays shards of greed, topping my cerberus at 2400 attack


then he realizes what he's done. And he surrenders the game. Lmao.
