Board 8 > This 12 y/o HEARTBROKEN Girl was SUSPENDED for Selling Toys that look EXPLICIT!.

12 y/o Frances Halbeck was HEARTBROKEN after she was SUSPENDED for 3 days at her Trinity Luthern School in Racine, Wisconson because her principal thought he was selling SEX TOYS to other kids..but it was just WATER SNAKE WIGGLIES!!

She was banned from class for 3 days when the administrators accused her of selling these supposed sex toys but it was all for charity for Autism!!

She got permission from her homeroom teacher to sell the toys in class as her father, Milt, said they were simply "bags filled with water" and the school thought it was more explicit

She sold them at $1 each to help benefit autistic children and said "It just calms you when you touch it. You squeeze it, it's cold and it's hard to hold sometimes"

But the religious admins didnt see it that way and immediately saw it as something "explicit" and the principal gave her the boot

Milt said "In your wildest imaginations, no adult could possibly view this as a sex toy, this is a water-filled bag. It's ridiculous!"

Frances was even pulled from a basketball game by the principal who ADMONISHED her in front of her peers!!

She said upsettingly "It was really really loud and people could hear it. People were staring at me. He made me out to be this person and now everyone thinks i'm this way"

Frances ran home crying to tell her Dad and the school board even sided with the principal which prompted her dad to FIGHT BACK

He now wants to generate public support and says he won't rest until his daughter's suspension is cleared over this stupid suspension!!

Those are legitimately just an actual toy. I've seen those before in toy stores.
