3/10. Boring character, boring power.
He got somewhat better in the Grail War remake I made, where I buffed his powers and gave him an infinite backpack, and also made him an incurable kleptomaniac/hoarder. Like he'd go to the doctor's office and steal the magazines, and the end table they were sitting on, and the lamp on the table, just because he could. Also he was a massive nerd with a collection of stolen samurai swords (that he totally could not use, but would meticulously clean every week) and an absurd console collection. So he at least had personality. But a character who just teleports stuff is still kinda boring. --- another place and time, without a great divide, and we could be flying deadly high ...
