I wouldn't say it sucks. It's just not as impressive watching someone simply cut their blade out with a band saw.

Is fasting really a "Muslim activity"? Many other religions observe periods of fasting as well. It's not even strictly a religious practice. Its kind of a universal activity that lots of people participate in for lots of different reasons.

But good luck with your hunger. Don't get caught if you decide to cheat and sneak a snack. ;)

I'm going to get back into weight lifting. It's been 6 years since i quit. I'm gonna start again this week. Hopefully bulk up some muscles like I used to have. I lost a lot of muscle these past 6 years.

Why lift weights to build muscle when you can just eat pizza and build fat?

Ugh, my ear is killing me. The pain is pretty bad. The ringing is annoying. I took some painkillers but it came back hours later. Might take another before I go to bed. Hopefully it's gone tomorrow. It's already been 2 days with this crap.

All better now.

So today was the first time I hit the gym since 2011. I couldn't even last long. My muscles got fatigued after 10 minutes. Man, I've gotten so lazy over these years lol. But I'm gonna continue lifting weights.

I also bought $100 jug of protein powder. It supposedly one of the healthiest on the market. No BS added. It honestly takes pretty bad. Tastes like warm thick milk with a hint of rotten eggs.

gross. Maybe try making it before hand and putting it in the fridge?

Yeah, I'm gonna do that. I mixed it with cold milk but after a few minutes it got warm. The powder warms up the drink intensely. Idk why >_>

It could just be one of those things that's an acquired taste.
