that only raises more questions

it says if it doesn't appear, that means I've chosen a category that doesn't support it

okay then, I did a search, and found a listing that had the same item that I'm selling, but with a make offer option

I choose the same category he chose

its still not appearing

now its a matter of "What am I doing wrong"

it says it doesn't allow it if I have it down as an auction, and thats true, thats the default right now

but I don't know how to make it NOT an auction. as a matter of fact, if I'm allowed to go the Best Offer route, THEN I can make it a non-auction listing

okay okay

found the issue guys!

after navigating lots of menus and FAQs, I found out theres two forms you can fill out

the one I'm using doesn't get as specific and detailed as the one you have, Menji

I found out how to switch forms and NOW I can select fixed prices!

how was I supposed to know THIS? this form was the one that ebay set as standard. how did they expect me to believe theres another form

and apparently you guys didn't know either

so yea, lets just blame this on funky ebay

how do you put down a shipping fee thats more than 6 bucks. 6 is the limit ebay keeps giving me

You can't to my knowledge. This was a change that ebay implemented some time ago to curve scams with outrageous unrefundable shipping fees or something.

I led you to believe there were two forms. Since mine was different.

And you should be able to charge more than $6 if you offer shipping that costs more than that.
