It adds new cutscenes onto the ending. Doesn't change anything, just shows more of the aftermath.

There's gonna be a ton of backlash. People have already gone overboard with the hatred for the game and there's no way Bioware can satisfy everyone.

I'm looking forward to it. If they just detail more about the outcome of all my decisions I'll be fairly happy.
