I understand. I noticed Vish's disappearance today and figured you'd have your hands full with Iago and Flynn. That said, I don't want to set up another Jane alliance just yet. I already have one with ken, Ermine and now Brett. If she needs another save late in the round, then I could possibly trade with you. I don't really like Flynn though. <_<
I just want to keep my OPTIONS open.

Yeah, I don't want to pressure you or anything. Like today, for example. I knew you had saves coming up but also had other priorities to help out. If I have saves available to help Jane out and the rest of my higher priorities are already taken care of, I'll just trade for her myself instead of expecting you to swoop in and save her for free. And since you like her as well, I wouldn't mind making that trade with you. I just don't want to create another permanent alliance is all.

I'll sweeten the deal Poke. I can guarantee that Gaston will get saved in my coveted first spot if you agree to my deal. Think about it. Was Goofy in that spot last contest? Science. Exactly. I think I rest my case.
I was planning on doing that when I first started voting in here, Poke, but I got sucked into keeping Kirby alive (lol vacuum cleaner sucked lolololol).
If Kirby gets knocked out, I'll probably just become a wild card mercenary saver.

Why did everyone get all alliance happy all of a sudden? What if people aren't around during rounds? I experienced this last year when I couldn't get to a computer and felt bad and such.

Why did everyone get all alliance happy all of a sudden? What if people aren't around during rounds? I experienced this last year when I couldn't get to a computer and felt bad and such.
I don't like asking for trades and no one being able to because of their commitments :(

I'm only in an alliance with ken, Ermine and Brett, and these guys are among the most reliable in the whole contest. Brett starts the rounds so of course he'll be there, and ken and Ermine are both usually among the first to vote once the round starts.
But if everyone just traded with whoever's in the topic at the time like they have been for the past 81 rounds, there would be plenty of people to trade with.
It's like....some people live in different timezones (*cough* Vish *cough*) And some people have work or some other commitment. Someone's going to get burned by these entangling alliances at some point

Another reason is these awful start times. If I already have an alliance I can just wake up, save my alliance, and go back to bed. It's like autopilot. <_<

Yeah, I can see convenience as being a reason. Knowing who you're saving every hour can be beneficial. I dunno. Freelancer seems like the way to go! I'm sure SOME people will be around to trade with :D

I've only had one alliance this whole time with charon and have openly traded with everyone. I only added a new alliance because it would be mutually beneficial to both our goals. It just made sense. I'll still be trading in topic, for Gaston needs more saves.
I'm only voting for characters that I probably would anyway (if trades weren't allowed at all). Only with this, I will be getting something in return for it as well. If I lose my main few eventually, my next in line to support would be the characters I save out of alliance.
I still trade in topic also though. Generally I only make an alliance if the character I have to save is in the upper threshold of what's left, and I will make trades for others that might be around middle ground to me.
I just finished watching it five minutes ago, charon. I hadn't seen it in so long, the only short I remembered was The Sorcerer's Apprentice. The whole film was much longer than I remembered it being, especially since all the other package films in the Disney canon are like half the length.
