Arrested Development Parks and Recreation Seinfeld Scrubs 30 Rock The League Better Off Ted The Office Friends
Arrested Development is easily the best one, and is surely one of the best TV shows ever made. Parks and Seinfeld are amazing too. Scrubs is a quality show; a bit hit-or-miss, but certainly good overall. 30 Rock went downhill pretty fast, but its first season was just so damn amazing - and even the later seasons had some good stuff. The League tends to be either brilliant or godawful, but even at its very worst, it's worth tolerating just for the character of Ruxin.
The other three aren't very good. Better Off Ted has some good characters, but the writing really lets it down; and both The Office and Friends have aged quite poorly.
I haven't watched Community as much as I should, but based on what I've seen, it'd probably be between Seinfeld and Scrubs on the list. I haven't watched Always Sunny at all though.
