I can see being able to sync up to a tablet to use as a mini map to have less screen clutter. I think its a logical step. Touch screen controls can do what motion controls cant. And beyond that I think it would be easy enough to make a small motion control piece that could go over an ipad or something like that. It all fits nicely I think

The Wii U has a controller with a tablet in it. I am talking about something like your PS4 syncing with your ipad.

They could have some sort of proprietary tablet that only works with the system that has special features, sure... so the Wii U

They wouldn't make you buy an iPad unless Apple paid them a TON

Yeah, if you think for even a second that Apple or even Motorola or the like would let MICROSOFT or SONY get their hands on their products, you're sorely mistaken. In their minds, they're still "direct competitors" to the video game industry.
