Yeesh. That's a pretty similar concept.

It says $1 million, or $5 million if Ubisoft is found to have willfully copied stuff. Shouldn't Ubisoft only be sued if they willfully copied stuff?

Anyway, copyrighting plot devices is kinda dumb, pretty soon we'll run out of stories.
