I just filled in an application there this morning. Now I got a call from someone and she said Ronnie's (name of the movie theater)... at least I think that's what she said. I can't believe I didn't clarify, but I just assumed it couldn't have been anything else. Then after hanging up I realize that I've filled out a lot of applications. And I don't know, is it weird to get a call for an interview the same day you turn in an application? That's never happened to me.
I'm trying to think of what other places I've applied to that might sound like "Ronnie's", but I can't remember.
I guess I'll just go in on Friday and hope I got the right place <_<
Maybe I could have my aunt or uncle call the number on their phone and see what they say or maybe ask for directions.
Only problem with that is that the phone number might not be public. Like it might not be the number people would call for customer service and such. Hmmmmmm.

either have them call or call from another phone
if they do not answer with like "hi this is blah blah theaters how can i help you" then just say wrong number and hang up.

Well I went to a Petco interview last week, even a second one with them, and I felt that I nailed it. Then they didn't hire me. So I'm just a little more wary of my actions now when it comes to this crap. I need a god damn job.
lame. the thought of an alcoholic working at petco is much more hilarious than a movie theater. i hate when employers don't think of the potential board 8 topics that can come from their hirings.

What exactly would that yield? I wouldn't be drunk while working. And I haven't even been drinking lately because it became too much. Bleargh. It makes me sick just thinking about it still.

Alright! I called from my aunt's phone and she did indeed say it was the movie theater. I can only hope she didn't, like... recognize my voice. I can't imagine she would have.
your training might not be until next month. I was hired by a local theater once, my training session wasn't until 2 months later..... (at that point I didn't go because I was going back to school)

Try not to drool too much, that'll immediately set you apart from other applicants.
