OmarsComin 04/18/12 1:15:00 AM #159:	maybe you can join me and Shoe in a GGPO set some time. from what I've seen it's the best as far as wonky 3s s* goes. it sometimes happens there too but it's minimized I think. but really, 3s is just varying amounts of illegitimate online. PS3 is worst, 360 is better, GGPO is better than that. but the only way to play 3s is in the same room! the timing is so strict, netcode doesn't stand up well with it. you mentioned some of your issues you were having, for instance. for me, I could not parry air to air at all. like if I jump at you and you jump roundhouse with Ryu, usually I'd parry that but no luck this time! So once it has reconciled all the inputs from both parties and figured out what actually happened, that ends up on the replay.
