This is my older laptop (my current one is a piece of s*** and won't start up), it was originally a Vista before I upgraded to Windows 7. So if I format, will it go back to being Vista?

Dammit, I found the reinstall option and it requires a disc. Ugghhhhh.
This is all my newer laptop's fault. Piece of s***. I'm so mad. This laptop is years older and it still works pretty well. It's only 80 gigs though. And there's just too much to do to make it more acceptable.
I have a headache.

From: AsurasKordoth | #005 Reformatting will put it at factory settings aka Vista. Just install 7 again on top of that the same way you did the first time.
I don't think there's any way for me to do that now...
Oh and the mousepad touch-to-click thing annoys the f*** out of me. I used to have no issue finding the setting to turn it off, even on this laptop. Why can't I find it now? I literally have looked everywhere, even did google searches, and I can't freakin' figure out how to disable it.

I don't back things up. I have a ton of files on my piece of s*** laptop right now that I might never get back now. Unless... Best Buy or someone can figure out how to get it started again.
