in countries where people don't drive around to wherever they're going, it's pretty nifty. mainly korea, japan, possibly new york, i guess.

but yeah, other than that, i dunno why you would ever get a tablet.

There should be an option for people who have them for actual work as opposed to "lol it's a tablet I want one". I can understand graphic artists and designers and stuff having one.

There's nothing wrong with tablets, they just aren't suitable substitutes for real computers.

I agree. They can be very useful tools and that's how they should be viewed. If you have a purpose and the means to get one then by all means go for it. Just don't make it out to be something it isn't.
