It's Sonic The Hedgehog: Triple Trouble which was a standalone Game Gear game. It was the one where Nack the Weasel debuted if I recall correctly

I guess Game Gear demands a heftier price than Game Boy.

All 12 Sonic Game Gear games are available in Sonic Adventure DX on Gamecube anyway. I've never had to buy any of these digitial versions because I have them all there!
