For example I only want to be on Facebook for 45 min every day max. Would there be a way to block Facebook entirely (for the day) if those 45 min go by?

using firefox by the way

I don't think so. Thats a wacky idea, I mean why not just use a stopwatch or something like that?

Exactly. I'll be at work and instinctively press 'g' or 'f' on the adress bar. This isn't good.
