I've checked my bank accounts and there's been no shady activity. I've checked my credit card and there's been no shady activity. I've checked my credit report and there's been no shady activity. I haven't paid a cent and I've gotten three issues of ESPN Magazine, sent to my address with my name on them.

Huh. I certainly hope I didn't get identity thieved. But even if I did... why the magazines?

Maybe this is my hint that I should finally start getting into watching at least one sport.

You're probably getting it as a result of something else.

I got Entertainment Weekly and Rolling Stone for literally years because every now and then they would attach a subscription to purchasers of concert tickets

Nah. I watched the Super Bowl, but the last time I watched a full sporting event before that was probably some golf thing during the summer. I'm just not that into watching sports. I always feel like I could be doing more important things.

I do like the social experience of going out to an event with people who are really into the outcome, though!

Well, this certainly tells me you don't have ESPN Insider, because ESPN Insider has next-to-nothing to do with actually watching sports (I watch maybe 5 sports events a year, but I have a subscription because I like being in the loop). It's a premium-type thing on ESPN.com that let's you read rumor mills and special articles and the like.
