It doesn't bother me much; if someone gets scammed, it's because they took the risk and traded someone without a means to ensure a payout. I just thought it was against the ToS, yet there's probably ten different topics on the ME3 boards either selling or begging for an early access code to the demo.

Gladly used mine already, by the way. Fun stuff.

My personal complaint is that there's a topic on the boards there that's telling people how to rip info off of their hard drives and upload it to the internet, where others can hack and use it themselves, too. Not so fun stuff - yet the mods sit on their hands and do nothing about it while the topic festers for a couple of hours.

Bet the mods are starting to hate me, too, since I seem to only make topics complaining about this kinda thing any more. I'm such a good boy, following the rules and everything.

-Beta/Game/DLC/Etc Code Giveaways: If you have a code for a game that you don't want, you can make a topic to give it away. You can NOT make a topic to attempt to profit from the code by trying to sell it or exchange it for something of monetary value. If a game has multiple identical valued DLC content (say, exclusives from different stores), you can ask to exchange your code for another one of equal value. This would be the only exchange allowed (that is, trading one DLC code for another from that exact same game).
