And then I check my e-mail this morning, got an e-mail saying my order was declined. No explanation why, just says my order couldn't be accepted. They were, however, nice enough to go ahead and send a pending charge for said order to my bank account. I decided to just cancel my order and buy something else, but there's no way to cancel an order, apparently. So now, I get the fun of dealing with their customer service over the phone. Yay!
So anyway, does stuff like happen often with buying computers? It's not that bad, but this still seems like terrible customer service to me.
