It's similar to the Humble Bundle yes, only you get a different individual key for every game, rather than one key that unlocks all the games. I honestly prefer this that way I can give the keys of the games I already have so someone who doesn't, rather than waste it.

As for what platforms, I don't know. Obviously PC, but I don't know about Mac or Linux. I don't see it mentioned on the front page so I'm assuming no.
