360 averaged 29.2 FPS during gameplay, PS3 26.69 FPS. 360 had more screen tearing at 0.183% versus the PS3's 0.

Nah, the PS3 demo had noticeable framerate issues. There's the possibility that it's an older build, and the final product will be cleaned up, but 360 seems to be the clear winner here.
