I mean for a house with like 10 rooms it's 1400$ a month, and with the amount of people such a house can allow it's actually not much at all.

Which is good because I,m looking into moving into a house with 5 other friends so those low price are freaking nice.

My current apartment has only 2 rooms + bathroom and it,S 575$ a month I mean come on.

Its much harder to find a renter for a full size house then it is to find a student or single person, hence the lower price per room/square foot/ etc.
