And that Gronkowski TD absolutely screws me. Now not only am I failing level 8, but Dp can get his level 6 bonus which beats my level 5 even if I get it.

Could get interesting between meche and myself. We both got Saints 35+ correct for four points, this contest could come down to our Level 6 picks. I need one TD from Marshawn Lynch, he needs one TD from Ray Rice.
DC cannot win though, as he will finish at 3 bonus points. meche and myself have 4 so far. sonten also has 4, and like meche, needs a Rice touchdown. So sonten cannot beat meche without going to spread picks.
Well seeing as meche has 10 bonus points, it seems like I was correct in not bothering with a level below 4. I did consider NO for level 4, but I thought since Brees had the record already he might not keep his foot on the gas the entire game. But who was I kidding. <_<
My first instinct was Turner for level 6, but I thought with nothing to play for and him being hurt they might not play him much. But if the Lions lose then Atlanta WOULD have something to play for. Meh.

Well if Detroit covered, I could've changed to Dallas and had a chance to tie with some luck, but now I'm officially out.
meche and sonten both have 5 games correct in spread, and the only difference is in the Atlanta/Tampa Bay game. meche has Atlanta and sonten has Tampa Bay. Of course, sonten still has to get two more games right to pass Level 7. But meche is certainly the front runner now.
Falcons up 28-0 already, and Lions loss means they have something to play for. I think it's safe to say Falcons cover. Which would crown meche as the champion unless sonten were to change to Dallas. Should that even be allowed? I don't know.
Level 8 is a really hard level to go through in this part of the season. If it were in beginning/middle weeks, getting six 'favorites' is easier.
I really thought for a second that both of you were going to cover on those four games for Level 8. Buffalo is just terrible.
My change to Level 4 was the big difference. However, the real winner was Dp who sent me a PM saying that McCoy was not playing today. After seeing that someone chose it I thought he was playing and didn't look it up.
Nice contest, I had a lot of fun. Let's see if sonten does something crazy. I think sonten should be able to change if it comes down to that.

It took 3 days for Link to stop the angry moon. Though it took 127 matches, Black Turtle is our new Guru Champion. Congrats!
I was close to doing a Level 5 pick in my bonus starting with the Chargers. Never got around to figuring out a second pick though, decided Saints 35+ was a safer pick. Hm.
As soon as the games started I had a bad feeling about Carolina. It was a bad pick considering how the Saints destroyed the Falcons last week. So close to clear level 8!

Amazing. From Week 4 on, Marshawn Lynch got a rushing touchdown in 10 of 12 games he played. I went 1/3 picking him for Level 6, including my bonus pick this week.
