Tough way to lose. I'd love to see that as a 7 game series. Flyers tomorrow, Caps Tuesday, it'd be great to get some more points during this stretch. Marchand looked godawful and another week off coming up isn't going to help - probably need to move Pouliot to that line.
As for the playoffs question... right now, probably something like Ottawa vs Boston in the ECF. I know who I'd pick!

Boston destroys us in 4

That was a hell of a game. Not sure what happened with that Fedotenko situation right at the end of the 3rd - NESN never gave a replay, as far as I saw. Gotta wonder if that was in Ference's head a bit when he hit McDonagh.

I imagine the Rangers score earlier if we get the call on the Fedetenko suplex, our PP looked so bad

I doubt it. The Bruins outplayed the Rangers for long stretches at all strengths, and Ference would not even have been on the ice in OT, much less boarding (it was absolutely a board, not a charge) McDonagh.
yeah I don't think that was in Ference's head, it ended up being a rough outcome but if he wanted to maul a guy for revenge, it wouldn't have looked like that. I would rather see the Bruins play at full strength against a team like NY.

maybe not the hit in particular, but a general sens of frustration

Sophisticated ignorance, write my curses in cursive
Right, because they totally would have come back from 3-0. Nice to see you guys not mention the blown call earlier in the game where the Kings should have had two minutes of 5-on-3.

Oh my god. Could the bias against Ottawa be any more obvious? Like honestly anyone watching this game has to be shaking their head with the total and utter horse****. Something has to be done this league is becoming a complete joke.

Can you imagine what I would do if I could do all I can? Ottawa Senators - Cincinnati Reds - Atlanta Falcons
Phillips got screwed. Right, because they totally would have come back from 3-0. Nice to see you guys not mention the blown call earlier in the game where the Kings should have had two minutes of 5-on-3.
I have no problems whatsoever pointing out that you are an idiot and you know literally less than a 12 year old Canadian girl about hockey.

To further point out how moronic this post is all you have to do is go to HFBoards where fans of literally every team watching this game are crying pretty much bloody murder with how horrific the officiating has been against Ottawa tonight.

I don't care what some other board has to say. There was an obvious slash AND high-stick against the Kings that wasn't called. On the goalie interference play, Anderson initiated the contact. Two calls that both easily could have gone against Ottawa and didn't. Yeah, the penalty shot was a bad call, but the game was already over at that point.

I get it whatever team you follow is doing horribly and the Sens are outperforming them despite being pegged as the worst team in the league going in.
I know you have Sens envy...
That you are even trying to argue this just speaks to your credibility. When Kings fans themselves are coming in to complain about how biased the reffing is in their favor you know how intelligent someone has to be to defend it.
You've not a competitive bone in your body though and I wouldn't expect you to have any idea what kind of momentum issues and just plain game issues this kind of game causes for any team on the receiving end.

So, did Curt get banned again or have the Sens just replaced the Penguins as the team who attracts ignorant bandwagon fans who show up here just to troll?

As usual you lack any kind of substance to your posting. I don't know why I bother.

I'm not crying at all. The Caps have sucked ass this year and deserve to be where they are. Maybe even lower.
I'd just like to point out that the refs are showing their obvious bias against the Sens by opening the third period by calling three straight penalties against the Kings.
As of right now, I do believe the amount of PIMs is even in this game!

Actually I'm not arguing about that at all. Already admitted it was a bad call. I'm arguing that it took place when the Sens were already down 3-0, had NO momentum, and were showing NO signs of life whatsoever, and that one bad call does not a league-wide conspiracy make.

Edit: What they're arguing about above
pretty bad call, but that's not what they're arguing about! i wouldn't even call what curt's saying 'arguing' either, just senseless insults.
also that dave hodge tweet is so dumb, but hey. it's dave hodge

Wait you thought I was talking about a league wide conspiracy when I posted that?
I was just pointing out a bad call.

So a bunch of make-up calls in the third period after the game is already in the bag clears up the first two periods of idiocy? Sorry my friend but you must not have been watching sports for very long.
