...does Skyler ever become more tolerable? Please, please, tell me she does. Or that she dies. She's the one part of the show that I really can't ****ing stand.

S3 Skyler is awesome cuz she finally stops taking Walt's crap like an idiot. S4 gets even better though.

I find that most of the characters were at their lowest points between late season 2, season 3, and early season 4 with most of them 'redeeming' themselves along the way and reaching their peak in season 4.

Which makes perfect sense for a show where one of the things it does very well is great character development and we're heading toward the final season now. A lot of the conflict and drama during the 'middle' of the story (seasons 2-4) comes from the characters being at their lowest points.

Skyler gets much worse but other chars get even better so it evens out.
