Yeah, I could have explained this a lot better. There really isn't any proper way to introduce Ulillillia. You can cite statistics like the fact that he has listened to a song from Bubsy for over 8,000 hours or that his diet consists almost entirely of cheese pizza and canned lemonade, but none of that really paints a picture of who he is.

I'd recommend checking out his Encyclopedia Dramatica page for a succinct summary, but be aware that unlike most other internet personalities, Uli is not someone to be mocked and laughed at, but rather a fragile snowflake to be observed.

ulillillia is a video game savant and outsider artist of the internet age. He has a severe case of OCD and a truckload of bizarre phobias and personality quirks, many of them stemming from 8 and 16-bit video games.

He sees life through a lens of numbers and equations and plays a video game in his mind in which he obsesses over RPG elements and Sonic-like speed and acrobatics.
