My first thought is Yokozuna at Wrestlemania but I'll see what others think.

Beating Hogan for the WCW title. Kicked out of Hogan's legdrop, dodged a second one, took out an interfering Nash, Hall and Savage, then tapped him out to the Rack. That was pretty crazy

Gut response:

vs. Hollywood Hogan on Nitro in August 1997

I believe that's the first time anyone ever made Hogan consciously submit.

Yeah the first thing that came to mind was the match with Hogan. I don't think anything tops that, it was one of the most impressive kayfabe accomplishments ever really.

Yeah beating an unbeatable opponent probably stops almost beating an unbeatable opponent.

His two big matches with Yokozuna ended with a Luger Countout win (Summerslam '93) and a Yokozuna DQ win (Wrestlemania X).

Neither one ever decisively beat the other during their WWE prime.

Yeah, it was something like he shoved the referee Mr. Perfect, then knocked out Yoko with the forearm of death, Perfect got back up and DQed him

That was a special "Can any American slam the mighty Yokozuna?" challenge held on the 4th of July on the deck of a US battleship.

The formerly narcissistic heel Lex Luger arrived to prove that there was one thing he loved more than himself: The United States of America.

He did what dozens of others could not, slammed the foreign menace, and kicked off a cross-country campaign to rally support for his cause of reclaiming the WWF Championship for America!

He then...beat Yokozuna by countout and didn't win the title. But they celebrated like he did anyway!

I've always been a fan of Luger and I can think of no stronger moment for him.
