I'm actually a bit surprised to see Red/Blue doing so well against fanboy favorites Cloud/Sephiroth.

Honestly, I voted for Red/Blue just to vote against FF VII because I'm sick of the FF VII hype. The only reason millions remember it so affectionately is because it was their first Final Fantasy. Folks who played the games since the NES tend to favor FF VI (six) even though it wasn't their first Final Fantasy, because VI was really just that awesome.

I played FF4 and FF6 before FF7. First time playing FF6 and FF7 were both really awesome for me as a kid, idk which one was a better experience to be honest.

At least final fantasy provides a bit of a difference between titles unlike pokemon.
