Answer up until recently - No, and it was a pain in the ass to get it to happen. You had to email Apple and redownload EVERYTHING just to get the one thing that was deleted.
Answer as of right now - Yes. Go to the "Purchased" section of your iTunes Library and click at the bottom where it says "Download previous purchases." You can download any songs or TV episodes that you have purchased but may have accidentally deleted. It automatically can tell what is and isn't in your library, so you don't have to go sifting through all of your purchases. Unfortunately, full-length movies cannot be redownloaded in this way, likely due to the rights that they have to pay every time it's downloaded (far more expensive than for music and TV shows) -- darkx [NO BARKLEY NO PEACE] Currently playing: Skyward Sword, Super Mario 3D Land ...
